These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made through www.solid2k.com. You can reach us at info@solid2k.com
2. What we sell
We sell digital products delivered electronically. Each digital product page describes what the product contains.
3. Prices
All prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT. There are no shipping costs, no service charges and no administrative fees. The price shown at the moment you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is obviously wrong a clear typing error that no reasonable buyer could take seriously we are not bound by it, and we will contact you before charging anything.
4. Placing an order
You place an order by adding a product to your cart and completing checkout. Before you pay, you see a summary of what you are buying and the total amount, and you can go back and correct anything. The order is complete when you press the order button, which is labelled to make clear that pressing it obliges you to pay. We will send you a written confirmation by e-mail as soon as possible after your payment, containing these Terms of Sale, your order details, and information.
5. Payment
We accept various payment methods. Payment is due at the moment of ordering. We do not charge a fee for any payment method.
6. Delivery and access
Your digital product is delivered via mail, normally immediately after your payment is confirmed and in any case within 24 hours. You keep access for indefinite period of time. If you have not received access within 24 hours, e-mail us and we will resolve it. If we cannot deliver at all, we will refund you in full.
7. Conformity
Our digital product must be what we said it would be, and must work as you may reasonably expect. If it does content missing, files corrupted, access not working, materially different from the description you have statutory rights under Dutch law. Tell us and we will repair the problem, and if that is not possible or takes too long, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. These rights are free of charge and exist alongside anything stated elsewhere on this site. We do not offer a separate commercial guarantee.
8.Complaints
If something is wrong, e-mail info@solid2k.com with your order number and a description. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and give a substantive answer within 14 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when you can expect an answer. See our Complaints page for the full procedure.
9.Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Dutch or EU law.
10.Changes
We may update these Terms of Sale. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published at the moment you placed your order. Changes never affect a purchase you have already made.
